    摘 要:電工電子產(chǎn)品在低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜中的廣泛應(yīng)用,使得作為低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜型式試驗(yàn)考核項(xiàng)目之一的電磁兼容性 (EMC) 顯得尤為重要。以一臺(tái)帶靜止無(wú)功發(fā)生器 (SVG) 的低壓無(wú)功補(bǔ)償柜為例,在整柜的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)合理的元器件選型、屏蔽、濾波、接地等方法的柜體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)避電磁干擾,以保證低壓無(wú)功補(bǔ)償柜的電磁兼容特性。經(jīng)樣機(jī)試制與型式試驗(yàn)考核,驗(yàn)證了其在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)注意的事項(xiàng),并就 EMC 試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,給出了故障原因分析及整改舉措。

    Abstract: Electrical and electronic products are widely used in low voltage switchgear. Therefore, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is one of the vital assessments of the low voltage switchgear type test.In this paper, a low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet with an SVG static reactive power generator has been taken as an example. In the whole cabinet design process, such as reasonable components selection, shielding, filtering, grounding, and other methods are adopted to avoid electromagnetic interference, to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet. After prototype trial production and type test assessment, it verified vital points in the design process. It proposes the failure reason analysis and rectification measures for the problems that occurred in the EMC test process.
