基于IEC 61850-9-2的數(shù)字電能計(jì)量參數(shù)一致性診斷研究

    摘 要:工程應(yīng)用中合并單元和數(shù)字化電能表之間參數(shù)不一致造成的計(jì)量系統(tǒng)誤差超差、數(shù)據(jù)無法上傳等故障較為常見。介紹了現(xiàn)有的變電站數(shù)字化電能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)一致性研究內(nèi)容,歸納得出工程應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場發(fā)生的三種設(shè)備參數(shù)不一致類型,對各項(xiàng)參數(shù)不一致類型進(jìn)行正向分析,得到相應(yīng)的故障表征現(xiàn)象,包括電能、電壓、電流等數(shù)值異常表征。結(jié)合工程實(shí)際選取故障表征值,確立相應(yīng)的診斷表格?;诠收媳碚髦但@取方式和診斷表格設(shè)計(jì)了一種適用于半數(shù)字化計(jì)量體系的診斷方法,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性。該診斷方法能夠通過故障現(xiàn)象反向診斷參數(shù)不一致的具體原因,加快工程應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場設(shè)備參數(shù)不一致導(dǎo)致的故障排除速度。

    Abstract: The situations of system errors and data updating failure exist in engineering applications. The non-consistent parameters between the merging unit and the digital electric energy meter cause these situations. This paper introduced the content of the consistency parameters of the digital measurement system in substations to conclude three different types of the non-consistent parameters of this kind of equipment in the engineering application field. This research analyzed the non-consistent parameters and obtained the fault representation phenomenon, including abnormal numerical representations of electric energy, voltage, and current. This study established a diagnosis form by choosing the fault characterization value in engineering practice. A method of diagnosis suitable for a semi-digital measurement system was designed based on the acquisition method of fault characteristic value and diagnosis form. Experiments proved the effectiveness of this method. This diagnosis method can reverse diagnose the specific causes of a non-consistent parameters by using fault phenomena. Therefore,accelerate the troubleshooting speed caused by non-consistent equipment parameters in the engineering application field.
