摘 要: 介紹了一種考慮農(nóng)村實(shí)際特征的開(kāi)關(guān)優(yōu)化配置新思路。利用分區(qū)加權(quán)Voronoi 圖劃分變電站各自供電區(qū)域確定各變電站的相鄰站,綜合考慮線路轉(zhuǎn)供能力、變電站間轉(zhuǎn)供線路長(zhǎng)度等實(shí)際工程約束條件,初選出變電站整體聯(lián)絡(luò)架構(gòu),提出了全壽命周期效能(LCE) 指標(biāo),以配電網(wǎng)開(kāi)關(guān)規(guī)劃方案LCE 指標(biāo)最大為目標(biāo)函數(shù)建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,并以規(guī)劃區(qū)內(nèi)LCE 最大的方案作為最終開(kāi)關(guān)配置方案。實(shí)際算例表明,該方法為農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)的開(kāi)關(guān)優(yōu)化配置提供了一個(gè)合理的方法。

Study on Switch Optimal Allocation in Rural Distribution Network

Abstract: Introduction was made to the new idea of switch optimal allocation considering rural actual characteristics. The divisional weighted Voronoi diagram was used to divide the power supply region of each substation to determine adjacent stations. This paper comprehensively considered the line transfer capability, line transfer length and constraints of rural practical engineering conditions,and initially selected the entire contact architecture for transformer substations, proposing life cycle efficiency (LCE) index. This paper established a mathematical model of optimal switching device in electrical distribution network, regarding the maximum of LCE as target function, and the maximum of LCE in planning area is determined to be the optimal plan. Actual calculation shows that this scheme has provided a reasonable method for rural electrical distribution network switches optimal allocation.
