一起發(fā)電廠直流系統(tǒng)接地故障的查找及處理

摘 要: 介紹了一起發(fā)電廠輸煤110 V 直流系統(tǒng)負(fù)極接地的故障。通過拉路法查出故障接地點(diǎn),判斷脫硫濕式球磨機(jī)B 開關(guān)及5C 皮帶機(jī)開關(guān)控制回路存在接地點(diǎn)。由于是負(fù)極兩點(diǎn)接地同時(shí)存在,對(duì)直流系統(tǒng)接地采用拉路法查找?guī)黼y度,分析了處理過程,更改拉路法方案,找出故障原因并提出改進(jìn)措施,為用拉路法查找直流系統(tǒng)短接地提供了參考。

Search and Process of a DC System Grounding Fault in Power Plant

Abstract: Introduction was made to a power failure of 110 V DC system negative electrode grounding in the process of transporting coal in power plant. There existed grounding points in the control circuits of desulfurized wet ball mill B and 5C belt machine switches. Fault grounding points were found by the pulling path method. Because two negative electrode grounding points existed at the same time, it was not easy for the pulling path method to search grounding points in the DC system. This paper analyzed the process carefully and adopted the pulling path method to find the fault reasons, raising some improved measures, which provides references for searching grounding points in the DC system.
