非晶合金變壓器噪聲研究

摘 要： 對(duì)一臺(tái)噪聲超標(biāo)的非晶合金變壓器進(jìn)行返工處理，查找噪聲源并采取相應(yīng)的降噪措施，結(jié)合非晶合金變壓器特性對(duì)降噪措施作可行性分析，給出了制造過程中的鐵心尺寸、線圈尺寸等關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)及控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為非晶合金變壓器噪聲控制提供了參考。

Research on Amorphous Alloy Transformer Noise

Abstract: Rework process was conducted on an amorphous alloy transformer with exceeding noise, and after searching for the noise source, the relevant noise reduction measures were taken and good results achieved. Combined with the amorphous alloy transformer characteristics, the feasibility analysis was made for noise reduction measures. This paper gave the process point key and control standard of iron core and coil sizes for the manufacturing, which provides references for amorphous alloy transformer noise control.
