線路保護拒動導致主變后備保護動作的事故分析

    摘 要:介紹了一起20 kV線路保護拒動導致主變后備保護動作越級跳閘的事故,分析了事故的原因、調(diào)度及現(xiàn)場處置過程。通過對事故的復盤及計算分析,從保護配置、系統(tǒng)接線和運行方式等方面進一步分析了故障原因及影響范圍,并給出了在處置時減小事故影響范圍、縮短停電時間的建議,以提高配網(wǎng)供電可靠性和用戶滿意度。

Analysis of Accidents Caused by Line Protection Refusal to Activate Backup Protection of Main Transformer

    Abstract: This paper introduces an accident of a 20 kV line protection refusal causes the main transformer backup protection action to override trip. It analyzes the cause, as well as dispatching and on-site handling process of the accident. Next, by review and calculation analysis of the accident, the cause and scope of the failure were further analyzed in terms of protection configuration, system wiring and operation mode. It also gives suggestions on reducing the scope of the accident and shortening the power outage time during the disposal, so as to improve the reliability of distribution network power supply and customer satisfaction.
