摘 要:在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)因斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)問題造成的斷路器誤動(dòng)情況發(fā)生。介紹了斷路器本體三相不一致保護(hù)的原理,從繼電器質(zhì)量、運(yùn)行環(huán)境、回路破損等方面分析了三相不一致保護(hù)誤動(dòng)的典型原因,并針對(duì)性的從設(shè)備采購(gòu)、運(yùn)行維護(hù)、二次回路優(yōu)化改造等角度提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化改進(jìn)后有效避免了斷路器三相不一致保護(hù)誤動(dòng)造成的斷路器異常動(dòng)作。

Inconsistent Protection for Abnormal Operation

    Abstract: In actual operation, the malfunction of the circuit breaker caused by the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuit breakerbody often occurs. In this paper the principle of the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuit breaker body is introduced. The typicalreasons of the misoperation of the three-phase inconsistent protection are analyzed from the aspects of relay quality, operating environment,circuit damage, etc., and aimed at equipment procurement, operation , maintenance, and secondary circuit optimization then correspondingimprovement measures have been proposed from the perspective of transformation. The actual application shows that after optimization andimprovement, the abnormal operation of the circuit breaker caused by the misoperation of the three-phase inconsistent protection of the circuitbreaker is effectively avoided.
