摘 要:針對(duì)變電工程中放熱熔焊焊接點(diǎn)缺陷率高的現(xiàn)象,從焊接模具、焊接材料、焊接工藝等方面分析研究了其產(chǎn)生原因,并對(duì)主要末端原因制定相對(duì)應(yīng)的措施,經(jīng)九江500 kV 變電站新建工程中推廣實(shí)施,該相關(guān)方法及措施有效降低了放熱熔焊焊接點(diǎn)缺陷率。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon that the exothermic fusion welding point had high defect rate in power transformation engineering,this paper analyzed the causes from the aspects of welding mould, welding material and welding technology and enacted the corresponding measures for the main terminals. After the generalized implementation in the new construction of Jiujiang 500 kV power transformation engineering,this correlation method and measures reduce the defect rate of exothermic fusion welding point.
