500 kV變壓器絕緣油含氣量超標(biāo)分析與處理

摘 要:介紹了某發(fā)電廠(chǎng)#4主變壓器絕緣油含氣量超標(biāo)的情況,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)油箱整體和油枕密封性試驗(yàn)檢查,查找到了含氣量超標(biāo)產(chǎn)生的具體原因是存在的密封不良造成絕緣油中混入了空氣,導(dǎo)致含氣量超標(biāo)。分析了在#4主變壓器增容改造施工過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)潛油泵入口法蘭滲漏點(diǎn)采取了有效的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,采取抽真空熱油循環(huán)濾油脫氣處理,取得了顯著效果。

Analysis and Treatment of Overstandard Gas Content in Insulation Oil of 500 kV Transformer

Abstract: This paper introduced the situation that the gas content of the insulating oil of the main transformer #4 of a power plant exceeded the standard. After the test of the sealing performance of the entire oil tank and the oil conservator, the specific cause of the gas content exceeding the standard was found, it was poor sealing caused the insulating oil mixed in air then the gas content to exceed the standard requirements. The problems existing in process of capacity-increasing of the #4 main transformer were analyzed, and effective countermeasures were taken against the leakage point of the inlet flange of the submersible pump, and the degassing treatment of vacuum hot oil circulation filter oil was adopted, and significant results were achieved.
