永磁耦合調(diào)速電機多模式調(diào)速控制策略

摘 要:永磁耦合調(diào)速電機在低速狀態(tài)下速度調(diào)節(jié)性能較差。分析了永磁耦合調(diào)速電機結(jié)構(gòu)及其調(diào)速工作原理,設(shè)計了一種根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速條件選擇合適的控制參數(shù)的多模式調(diào)速控制策略,在寬范圍內(nèi)提高調(diào)速性能。搭建5.5 kW永磁耦合調(diào)速電機的調(diào)速試驗系統(tǒng),試驗結(jié)果表明,多模式調(diào)速控制策略可以根據(jù)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速選擇合適的控制參數(shù),快速準確地跟蹤寬范圍給定轉(zhuǎn)速,具有較強的魯棒性。

Multi-Mode Speed Control Strategy of Permanent Magnet Coupling Motor

Abstract: Permanent magnet coupling speed regulation motor has poor speed regulation performance at low speed. This paper analyzes the structure of the permanent-magnet-coupled speed-regulating motor and its speed-adjusting working principle, and designs a multi-mode speed-adjusting control strategy that selects appropriate control parameters according to the speed conditions to improve the speed-adjusting performance in a wide range. A speed regulation test system for a 5.5 kW permanent-magnet-coupled speed-regulating motor was built. The test results show that the multi-mode speed control strategy can select appropriate control parameters according to the output speed, and quickly and accurately track a wide range of given speeds with strong robustness.
