GIS隔離接地開關(guān)機(jī)械壽命試驗(yàn)測(cè)試塔的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:基于GIS隔離接地開關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)械壽命試驗(yàn)測(cè)試塔,給出了其軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)流程,并進(jìn)行了測(cè)試塔的性能測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,該測(cè)試塔可以完全支持隔離接地開關(guān)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)所需要進(jìn)行的機(jī)械壽命試驗(yàn),并且可以記錄、追蹤整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過程的數(shù)據(jù)。

Design on Test Tower of Mechanical Endurance Test for GIS Disconnector and Earthing Switch

Abstract: This paper designs a test tower for mechanical endurance test based on the actual needs of product development for GIS Disconnector and Earthing switch. The software and hardware design process is given, and the performance test of the test tower is performed. The results show that the test tower can fully support the mechanical endurance test required for the development of disconnector and earthing switch products, and can record and track the data of the entire test process.
