一種小型單線圈繼電器測試分選系統(tǒng)的研制

摘 要:為滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,在用的小型繼電器需要篩選分類后才能使用,而傳統(tǒng)手工篩選方式存在效率低和差錯(cuò)率高等局限性。開發(fā)了一種小型單線圈繼電器測試分選系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)集上料單元、測試分級單元、噴碼單元、收料單元和安全防護(hù)單元于一體,巧妙地將取料、測試與分級、噴碼、裝盒四個(gè)過程高效銜接起來,經(jīng)測試準(zhǔn)確性與測試效率對比,大為減少中間周轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間,不僅提高了測試效率,而且還能保證分級準(zhǔn)確性,避免越級產(chǎn)品混入生產(chǎn)流程帶來的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Development of a Small Single Coil Relay Testing and Sorting System

Abstract: In order to meet the standard requirements, the small relay in use needs to be screened and classified before it can be used, however, the traditional manual screening method has the limitations of low efficiency and high error rate.This paper developed a small single coil relay testing and sorting system, which integrated feeding unit, test grading unit, spray printing unit, receiving unit and safety protection unit, and skillfully connected the four processes of feeding, testing and classification, spray printing and packing, greatly reduced the intermediate turnaround time.After comparison of testing accuracy and efficiency, it is found that this system not only improves the test efficiency, but also ensures the accuracy of classification to avoid the quality risk caused by cross-grade products mixed into the production process.
