海上風電場全景監(jiān)控系統設計

    摘 要:對海上風電機組的運行狀態(tài)進行監(jiān)控,是降低海上風電場維護成本的有效手段。提出了一種海上風電場全景監(jiān)控系統方案,將海上風電場作為一個監(jiān)控整體,把傳統風電場各監(jiān)控子系統納入到統一的信息平臺下,以實現全景監(jiān)控及信息共享;在架構上采用了陸地集控中心和海上升壓平臺兩級模式,以適應海上風電場特殊的地理環(huán)境。對陸地集控中心、海上升壓平臺及它們之間的通信進行了描述,并給出了在東臺海上風電場的應用情況,可在后續(xù)海上風電場二次系統建設中進一步推廣應用。

Design of Offshore Wind Farm Panorama Monitoring System

    Abstract: The operating state monitoring and control of offshore wind turbines is the effective means to reduce the maintenance cost of offshore wind farm. This paper presented an offshore wind farm panorama monitoring and control system scheme to take the offshore wind farm as a monitor overall and to bring all the monitoring systems of traditional wind farms into the unified information platform, to realize the panorama of monitoring, control and information sharing; the program of the framework adopted two-stage model of land centralized control center and offshore booster platform to adapt to the special geographical environment of offshore wind farm. This paper described the land centralized control center and the offshore booster platform and the communication between them, and gave the application situation of offshore wind farm in Dongtai, which could be further popularized the application in the construction of offshore wind farm secondary system.
