GIS設(shè)備變徑母線筒體的研制

摘 要:變徑母線筒體有效利用母線中間部位的絕緣裕度,采用5 系成型管與鑄件焊接的形式,具有元件成本降低、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高、生產(chǎn)效率高的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)常規(guī)直母線筒體與變徑母線筒體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了比較,給出了變徑母線筒體的設(shè)計(jì)方案,從絕緣強(qiáng)度、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、焊接工藝、溫升試驗(yàn)和內(nèi)部故障電弧試驗(yàn)五個(gè)方面論證了變徑筒體母線的可行性,并采用理論計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,工程應(yīng)用效果良好。

Development of Variable Diameter Barrel Busbar for GIS Equipment

Abstract: The variable diameter barrel bus effectively uses the insulation margin in the middle of busbar and adopts the welding form of 5 series formed pipe and casting, with the characteristics of low component cost, high standardization and high production efficiency. This paper carried out the comparison of conventional straight edge line barrel structure and variable diameter busbar barrel structure, gave the design plan of variable diameter busbar barrel and demonstrated the feasibility of variable diameter barrel busbar from five aspects including the insulation strength, the mechanical strength, the welding technology, the temperature rise test and the internal fault arc test, combining the theoretical calculation with the experimental verification, which is good for the engineering application.
