    摘 要:因試驗(yàn)人員對(duì)GB 3906—2006、IEC 62271-200:2011等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理解和執(zhí)行存在偏差,導(dǎo)致中壓交流金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備在實(shí)際運(yùn)行和試驗(yàn)中出現(xiàn)許多問(wèn)題。研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)中壓開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備絕緣試驗(yàn)中大氣濕度修正、內(nèi)外絕緣考核、雷電沖擊試驗(yàn)程序及判據(jù)、觀察窗和活門(mén)的試驗(yàn)、開(kāi)關(guān)斷口的縱絕緣試驗(yàn)等難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入剖析,并指出了實(shí)際試驗(yàn)中應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的問(wèn)題,為從事高壓試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的技術(shù)人員參考。

Analysis of Difficulties in Insulation Test of Medium Voltage AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

    Abstract: Due to the deviations caused by testers’ understanding and executing of GB 3906—2006, IEC 62271-200:2011 etc standards, there are many problems arising in actual operation and test of medium voltage AC metal-enclosed switchgear. This paper researched on the relevant standards at home and abroad, and made a thorough analysis of the difficulties in the insulation test of medium voltage AC metalenclosed switchgear, such as humidity correction, examination of internal and external insulation, lightning impulse test procedure and criterion, examination of observation windows and shutter, longitudinal insulation test of switch, and pointed out the problems needed to pay attention in the actual test, which provides references for the technicists working on high-voltage test detection.
