凱恩吉6#定子裝配現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝工藝

摘 要：凱恩吉電站6# 定子裝配采用VPI 線棒嵌入式無(wú)端箍支架結(jié)構(gòu)，由VPI 線棒、軟端箍、連接板、絕緣盒、銅環(huán)引線組成。分析了該水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組定子裝配的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝工藝，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究并提出了解決方案。結(jié)果表明，該方案與常規(guī)硬端箍結(jié)構(gòu)定子裝配的安裝工藝相比較，更簡(jiǎn)潔、省時(shí)，更不宜產(chǎn)生錯(cuò)誤。

Abstract: The No. 6 stator assembly in Kainji power station, consisting of VPI stator bar, soft support ring, copper connection plate, connection plate and the copper ring, has VPI stator bar embedded structure without the soft support ring. This paper analyzed the field installation technology of the water-turbine generator set stator assembly and carried out research on practical problems on site, proposing the solution. The results show that the installation technology of this scheme is more concise, with less time, not easier to make mistakes than the conventional hard support ring structure stator assembly.
