基于IEC 61850的配電終端在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:將IEC 61850 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用到配電終端在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)中,為配電終端在線監(jiān)測(cè)功能進(jìn)行了信息建模,解決了配電終端不能實(shí)現(xiàn)互操作的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)擴(kuò)展IEC 60870-5-104 協(xié)議的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)主站與終端信息模型的交互。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出主站側(cè)實(shí)時(shí)更新終端描述的功能,給出相應(yīng)的算法,并對(duì)配電終端在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能完善。

Online Monitoring System Design of Distribution Terminal Based on IEC 61850

Abstract: The standard IEC 61850 was applied in the on-line monitoring system of power distribution terminal, to establish a message model for the on-line monitoring function of power distribution terminal, which solved the problem that the power distribution terminal can not achieve interoperability. By means of extended IEC 60870-5-104 protocol, interaction between master station and terminal information model was achieved. On this basis, this paper proposed the function of real-time update terminal at master station, giving the corresponding algorithm and improving the function of on-line monitoring system of distribution terminal.
