一起500 kV油浸式變壓器冷控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)缺陷與改進(jìn)

摘 要:某新建500 kV變電站兩臺(tái)強(qiáng)迫油循環(huán)風(fēng)冷的主變采用基于可編程序控制器(PLC)控制的冷控系統(tǒng),在開展基建竣工時(shí)驗(yàn)收發(fā)現(xiàn)兩臺(tái)主變的冷控系統(tǒng)存在嚴(yán)重的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷,無法確保主變安全可靠運(yùn)行。介紹了主變冷控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,對存在的設(shè)計(jì)缺陷進(jìn)行了闡述,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,并分析其中暴露的問題,提出了完善主變冷控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的建議。

Design Defects and Improvements of a 500 kV Oil-Immersed Transformer Cooling Control System

Abstract: The PLC-based cold control system was adopted by two transformers of forced oil circulating air-cooling in a newly built 500 kV substation. When the infrastructure was completed, it was found that the cooling control system had serious design defects and could not guarantee the transformers safety and reliability. Introduction was made to the design philosophy of main transformer cooling control system. This paper expounded the existing design defects, proposed the corresponding improvement measures, analyzed the exposed problems and suggested completing the design of main transformer cooling control system.
