大容量無(wú)角接繞組自耦變壓器縱向絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)分析計(jì)算

摘 要:對(duì)三相五柱式?jīng)]有平衡繞組(沒(méi)有角接繞組)的 YNa0 聯(lián)接組別的自耦變壓器進(jìn)行縱絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)分析。針對(duì)自耦變壓器自身結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用波過(guò)程及電場(chǎng)計(jì)算軟件著重對(duì)高壓線(xiàn)圈與調(diào)壓線(xiàn)圈(不同結(jié)構(gòu))主縱絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,最終確定線(xiàn)圈形式、匝絕緣厚度、段間油道等結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),并對(duì)其絕緣弱點(diǎn)區(qū)域采取了絕緣加強(qiáng)措施,保證了絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的安全可靠。

Analytical Calculation of High-Capacity Autotransformer Longitudinal Insulation Structure Without Corner Joint Winding

Abstract: The paper analyzed the longitudinal insulation structure of three-phase five limbs core without balance winding (without corner joint winding) YNa0 connection group autotransformer. Aiming at the autotransformer’s feature, this paper calculated main and longitudinal insulation structures of high tension coil and regulating coil (different structure) with the wave process and electric field simulation software, and finally defined the structural parameter such as coil format, interturn insulation thickness, oil gap between windings disks and so on. The insulation measures were strengthened in those weak insulation areas to ensure the safety and reliability of insulation structure.
