一起罐式斷路器內(nèi)部放電的故障分析

摘 要:針對(duì)一起罐式斷路器內(nèi)部放電故障,通過對(duì)故障罐式斷路器現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解體、試驗(yàn)及返廠解體等各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析,找出設(shè)備內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生放電故障的原因,并從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)輸安裝過程中存在的安全隱患對(duì)這一故障的影響進(jìn)行研究,給出了具體的故障處理方案和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)措施,實(shí)際應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)方案的合理性與正確性。

Fault Analysis of Internal Discharge of Tank Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Aiming at an internal discharge fault of tank circuit breaker, this paper analyzed each link of the fault tank circuit breaker onsite collapse, test and disintegration of returning to the factory, to find out the reason of the discharge inside the equipment. From the corner of product design and manufacturing, transportation and installation process in security, this paper researched on the influence of the fault, presenting a detailed scheme of fault handling and product improvement. Practical application verifies the correctness and rationality of the improved scheme.
