基于三菱FX3U系列PLC的盾構(gòu)電氣控制系統(tǒng)設計

    摘 要:為提高盾構(gòu)的控制效果和自動化水平,搭建了以三菱FX3U系列PLC為控制核心的盾構(gòu)控制系統(tǒng)。對PLC的I/O進行配置并設計了相應的控制電路和動力電路,根據(jù)設計的硬件電路進行下位機軟件的編程和上位機人機界面的開發(fā),制作了動力柜、控制柜和操作臺實物。實驗結(jié)果表明,設計的盾構(gòu)電氣控制系統(tǒng)能夠控制刀盤正反轉(zhuǎn)、螺旋機正反轉(zhuǎn),推進油缸伸縮以及各自的調(diào)速,實現(xiàn)對各個數(shù)據(jù)的處理、采集、報警等一系列功能,達到了預期效果,證明了所設計系統(tǒng)的可行性。

Shield Electrical Control System Design Based on Mitsubishi FX3U Series Programmable Logic Controller

    Abstract: In order to improve the control effect and automation level of shield, this paper established a shield control system with Mitsubishi FX3U series programmable logic controller (PLC) as the control core. The PLC I/O was configured and the corresponding control circuit and power circuit were designed. According to the design of hardware circuit, the software programming and the upper computer interface were developed and the power cabinet, control cabinet and operation table were made. The experimental results show that the design of electrical control system can control the cutter and the screw conveyor positive and negative turns, to boost the oil cylinder flexible and speed governing respectively, so as to realize a series of functions such as data process, collection and alarm etc, which reaches the expected effect and proves the feasibility of the designed system.
