智能變電站220 kV線路保護(hù)檢修安全措施方案研究

    摘 要:智能變電站在二次回路上的高度網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,使得二次回路物理結(jié)構(gòu)模糊,給檢修安全措施實(shí)施帶來不便。分析了智能站二次設(shè)備新功能特征和安全措施,以220 kV線路間隔為例,討論了線路間隔常規(guī)校驗(yàn)和缺陷處理中涉及到的二次安全措施的實(shí)施。為確保二次虛回路的安全隔離,智能變電站安全措施的實(shí)施至少采取雙重安全措施。在不破壞網(wǎng)路結(jié)構(gòu)即不插拔光纖的情況下,安全措施的實(shí)施原則主要按照投入檢修壓板、退出出口軟壓板、退出接收軟壓板來實(shí)施隔離,設(shè)置安全防線。

Safety Measure Schematic Study on 220 kV Line Protection Overhaul in Intelligent Substation

    Abstract: The highly networking of secondary circuit in intelligent substation makes the physical structure of secondary circuit fuzzy, which causes inconvenience for overhauling safety precautions implementation. This paper analyzed the new function characteristics and safety precautions and took the 220 kV line interval for example to discuss the line interval convention verification and the secondary safety precautions implementation involved in the defects treatment. To guarantee the safety isolation of secondary virtual circuit, at least double safety precautions were adopted for the implementation of intelligent substation safety precautions. Under the conditions of non-destroying the network structure, non-insert-pullout optical fiber, the implementing principle of safety precautions mainly followed inputting overhaul pressing plate, quitting exit soft pressing plate, quitting accepting pressing plate to implement isolation and to set the safety defense line.
