光伏逆變用非晶合金鐵心升壓變壓器工藝與分析

    摘 要:針對長期低負荷運行狀態(tài)的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng),介紹了空載損耗性就地升壓非晶合金鐵心變壓器。結(jié)合光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的運行特征,對繞組分裂形式、聯(lián)接組標(biāo)號進行分析,提出鐵心設(shè)計、溫升和絕緣水平修正、繞組繞制工藝、引線工藝等技術(shù)要點,對該變壓器的工程設(shè)計具有較好的指導(dǎo)作用。

Technology and Analysis of Amorphous Alloy Core Transformers Used by Photovoltaic Inverter

    Abstract: With due regard to the long time low-load operation situation of photovoltaic power generation system, this paper introduced the open circuit losses in-situ boosted amorphous alloy core transformers. Combining with the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system, this paper analyzed the winding splitting mode and transformer connection symbol, and proposed the technical essentials such as core design, temperature rise and insulation level correction, winding process, lead process etc, which become the good guidance on the engineering design of such transformers.
