中壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜的二次優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:針對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)柜的二次設(shè)計(jì)存在斷路器的跳位監(jiān)視回路沒(méi)有監(jiān)視斷路器合閘回路的整體完好性、大電流開(kāi)關(guān)柜的風(fēng)機(jī)控制回路無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化控制等缺陷,分析了當(dāng)前二次回路的設(shè)計(jì)方式,并通過(guò)與綜合保護(hù)裝置、繼電器配合試驗(yàn)后,提出二次回路設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方案,提高了開(kāi)關(guān)柜運(yùn)行的可靠性及智能化。

Secondary Optimization Design of Medium Voltage Switchgear

Abstract: In allusion to the problems that in secondary design of switchgear, the skip monitoring circuit has non overall integrity of monitoring circuit breaker closing circuit and the draught fan control circuit of large current switchgear couldn’t realize intelligent control, this paper analyzed the design methods of secondary circuit. After coordinating test of comprehensive protector and relay, this paper proposed the optimization scheme of secondary circuit design, which raises the reliability and intelligence of switchgear operation.
