固體絕緣柜用絕緣堵頭的研究

    摘 要:固體環(huán)網(wǎng)柜應(yīng)具備全絕緣性,所有裸露的電導(dǎo)體必須用絕緣堵頭封堵保護(hù)。對12 kV固體絕緣環(huán)網(wǎng)柜堵頭的安裝困難且界面可能滯留氣泡的問題進(jìn)行研究,分析了絕緣堵頭的安裝位置和絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)以及問題產(chǎn)生的原因,并設(shè)計(jì)出新型的堵頭,電場仿真計(jì)算驗(yàn)證了所提解決方案的可行性。

Study on Insulation Plug in Solid Insulated Switchgear

    Abstract: The solid ring main unit should be provided with all insulation and all the exposed electric conductors have to be protected by insulation plugs. This paper researched on the problems of possibly retention bubbles on interface and the installation difficulty of 12 kV solid-insulated ring main units plugs, analyzed the installation location of insulation plugs, insulation structure and causes of problems, and designed the new-type plugs. The electric field simulating calculation verifies the feasibility of the mentioned solution.
