畢節(jié)電網(wǎng)調(diào)控一體化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)及應(yīng)用

摘 要:介紹了畢節(jié)電網(wǎng)調(diào)控一體化系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu)、冗余配置方式和地/縣建設(shè)模式,分析了其“調(diào)度+監(jiān)控+巡維”的運(yùn)行管理模式。該調(diào)控一體化系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,能實(shí)時掌握現(xiàn)場設(shè)備運(yùn)行情況,快速完成遙控、遙調(diào)操作。

Reconstruction and Application of Regulate-Control Integration System for Bijie Power Grid

Abstract: Introduction was made to the overall architecture, the hardware and software structure, redundant configuration mode, and the construction mode of location and county in regulate and control integration system for Bijie grid. This paper analyzed the operation-management mode involving scheduling, monitoring, patrol and maintence. The operation of this regulate and control integration system shows that the system is stable, being able to master the onsite equipment running condition in real time with the operation of fast remote control and remote regulation.
