多種手段聯合判斷GIS閃絡故障原因及分析

    摘 要:針對某變電站500 kV氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關設備(GIS)開展現場交接試驗過程中出現擊穿的問題,通過閃絡定位儀、氣體分析儀及絕緣檢測等多種手段對故障間隔氣室進行定位,查找故障點,判斷故障原因。解體后發(fā)現GIS內部導電桿上有明顯的磕碰痕跡,改變了導電桿周圍電場的分布規(guī)律,導致耐壓過程中導電桿周圍電場發(fā)生畸變,在導電桿上發(fā)生沿面放電,出現絕緣擊穿現象。此次故障的發(fā)現及分析,為之后的交接試驗及現場安裝提供了經驗。

Multiple Methods to Judge and Analysze Fault Cause of Gas Insulated Switchgear

    Abstract: In allusion to the breakdown problem existing in a substation’s 500 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) during the onsite handover test, the fault gas compartment was located by means of flashover locator, gas analyzer and insulation detector etc, the fault point was searched and the cause of the fault was judged. After disintegration, it was found that there were obvious bump marks on the conductive rods inside the GIS and the distribution of the electric field around the conductive rods was changed. As a result, the electric field around the conductive rods was distorted during discharge and creeping discharge occurred on the conductive rods, resulting in dielectric breakdown. The discovery and analysis of this fault provided precious practical experience for the handover test and onsite installation later.
