塑殼斷路器操作機(jī)構(gòu)一種失效模式分析

摘 要:針對(duì)塑殼斷路器合閘狀態(tài),對(duì)操作機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行受力分析,確定鎖扣的力矩平衡關(guān)系,明確跳扣和鎖扣的解鎖條件,并分析了動(dòng)觸頭斥開后鎖扣力矩變化情況。提出在斷路器設(shè)計(jì)過程中,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)彈簧力值優(yōu)化,跳扣和一次鎖扣搭接處角度優(yōu)化,跳扣邊緣增加倒角,解決了產(chǎn)品在動(dòng)觸頭被斥開并鎖止在一定位置,跳扣和一次鎖扣無法解鎖的問題。

A Kind of Failure Mode Effectiveness Analysis of Operation Mechanism of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker

Abstract: Aiming at the on-position of moulded case circuit breaker, this paper analyzed the force of operation mechanism, determined the torque balance relation of latch and cleared the unlocking condition of cradle and latch, analyzing the change of the latch torque after the moving arm was blown off. This paper proposed to optimize the mechanism spring force and the junction corner connecting primary tripping latch to locking latch in the process of circuit breaker design. The margin of tripping latch was added a chamfer to solve the problem that the moving contact of product was repelled and locked up in certain position, unable to unlock tripping latch and primary locking latch.
