大容量抽水蓄能發(fā)電電動機轉(zhuǎn)子工地安裝技術(shù)研究

摘 要:轉(zhuǎn)子是大容量抽水蓄能水輪發(fā)電機組關(guān)鍵部件,是機組安裝過程中的重點。圍繞大容量抽水蓄能電動機轉(zhuǎn)子特點及裝配過程需控制尺寸要求,給出了轉(zhuǎn)子組裝工藝流程,分析了現(xiàn)場疊片磁軛形式及剛性疊裝磁軛形式兩種磁軛結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝及磁極掛裝的工藝過程,并給出了磁軛加熱過程中的注意事項,通過安裝要點控制,保證了安裝質(zhì)量。

Research on Rotor Site Installation Technology of Large Capacity

Abstract: The rotor is the key component of large capacity pumped storage hydro generator unit, and it is the most important part in the process of unit installation. This paper focused on the large capacity pumped storage motor rotor assembly process control characteristics and size requirements, gave the rotor assembly technological process and analyzed two kinds of magnetic yoke structure including the process of installation and field pole hanging garment of site laminated yoke form and rigid yoke mounted overlapping form. This paper gave the matters needing attention in the process of magnetic yoke heating. The control of installation gist ensures the installation quality.
