    摘 要:調(diào)控一體化對調(diào)控運行人員協(xié)同工作能力提出更高要求,針對系統(tǒng)建設(shè)在標準化、智能化、真實性、一致性等方面的要求,開發(fā)一套與工作實際系統(tǒng)一致的仿真系統(tǒng),介紹了系統(tǒng)總體構(gòu)架各部分功能和調(diào)控一體化協(xié)同仿真軟件構(gòu)成及系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊。實際使用效果表明,系統(tǒng)滿足了當(dāng)前調(diào)控運行人員進行巡視、告警處置、遙控操作、設(shè)備故障處置、電網(wǎng)異常狀態(tài)處置等培訓(xùn)及電網(wǎng)調(diào)控聯(lián)合反事故演習(xí)要求,提高了培訓(xùn)人員綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。

Research and Application of Collaborative Simulation System Based on Regulation and Control

    Abstract: The integration of regulation and control leads to higher requirements for coordinating the ability of running personnel to work together. In view of the requirements of standardization, intelligence, authenticity and consistency, a simulation system which was consistent with the actual work system was developed. Introduction was made to the overall framework of the system, the functions of each part, the integration of control and coordination, the software configuration and the main functional modules of the system. The actual results show that the system meets the current regulation of operating personnel to carry out inspections, alarm handling, remote control, equipment fault disposal, disposal of abnormal state power grid control training and joint anti accident exercise requirements, which improves the training staff's comprehensive professional quality.
