10 kV線路低頻減載誤動問題分析及改進(jìn)

    摘 要:針對某站10 kV 線路低頻減載發(fā)生誤動作情況,通過對動作報告、錄波、測頻、保護(hù)邏輯進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為誤動作是由于PT 飽和產(chǎn)生分頻分量及保護(hù)邏輯設(shè)計不合理造成的。提出針對性的邏輯優(yōu)化方案,通過現(xiàn)場問題驗證,解決了誤動問題,并列舉常見低頻減載誤動作情況及防誤措施,避免再次發(fā)生低頻減載誤動作。

Misoperation Problem Analysis and Improvement of 10 kV Line Low Frequency Load Shedding

    Abstract: In allusion to the misoperation situation happening in certain station of 10 kV line low frequency load shedding, this paper analyzed the action report, the wave recording, the frequency measurement and the protection logic to find that the malfunction was caused by the fractional frequency component produced by PT saturation and the unreasonable design of protection logic. This paper proposed the specific logic-optimized scheme, solved the problem of the misoperation by the site problem verification and enumerated the common low frequency load shedding misoperation situation and anti-misoperation measures to avoid the low frequency load shedding misoperation occurring again.
