    摘 要:結(jié)構(gòu)的獨特性使彈簧觸指所表現(xiàn)出來的機械及電氣特性非常適用于電氣產(chǎn)品的連接。介紹了彈簧觸指在電氣產(chǎn)品應用中的機械及電氣性能,闡述了其在各項型式試驗內(nèi)所對應的設(shè)計參數(shù),并列出了常用的一些彈簧觸指規(guī)格。指出進一步的研究應著重于彈簧觸指計算模型與試驗結(jié)果偏差的修正以及彈簧觸指長期工作對性能的影響。

Design and Application of Spring Contact Finger

    Abstract: Because of its unique characteristic, the spring contact finger presents perfect mechanical and electric behavior which makes it outstanding in the application of electrical products connection. Introduction was made to the mechanical and electric performance of spring contact fingers in the application of electrical products. This paper expounded its corresponding design parameters in each type test and listed those commonly used spring contact finger specification. It is pointed out that the further research should focus on the spring contact finger calculating model, the amendment of test result bias and the impacts of the spring contact finger long term operation on the performance.
