彈簧觸指的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

摘 要:結(jié)構(gòu)的獨(dú)特性使彈簧觸指所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的機(jī)械及電氣特性非常適用于電氣產(chǎn)品的連接。介紹了彈簧觸指在電氣產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用中的機(jī)械及電氣性能,闡述了其在各項(xiàng)型式試驗(yàn)內(nèi)所對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并列出了常用的一些彈簧觸指規(guī)格。指出進(jìn)一步的研究應(yīng)著重于彈簧觸指計(jì)算模型與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果偏差的修正以及彈簧觸指長(zhǎng)期工作對(duì)性能的影響。

Design and Application of Spring Contact Finger

Abstract: Because of its unique characteristic, the spring contact finger presents perfect mechanical and electric behavior which makes it outstanding in the application of electrical products connection. Introduction was made to the mechanical and electric performance of spring contact fingers in the application of electrical products. This paper expounded its corresponding design parameters in each type test and listed those commonly used spring contact finger specification. It is pointed out that the further research should focus on the spring contact finger calculating model, the amendment of test result bias and the impacts of the spring contact finger long term operation on the performance.
