基于三級降噪技術的低噪聲環(huán)保型配電變壓器優(yōu)化設計

    摘 要:配電變壓器運行時產(chǎn)生的噪聲會對人居環(huán)境造成一定影響。以 S20-M-400/10-NX2 低噪聲環(huán)保型配電變壓器為研究對象,系統(tǒng)分析了配電變壓器噪聲產(chǎn)生的機理,包括鐵芯磁致伸縮效應、硅鋼片接縫磁場畸變及結構共振等關鍵因素。提出了“源頭降噪+路徑阻斷+終端吸收”的三級控制策略,試制產(chǎn)品實測噪聲聲功率級 LWA,SN 為 37 dB(A),為低噪聲配電變壓器的工程化設計提供了參考。

Transformers Based on Three-Tier Noise Reduction Technology

    Abstract: Noise generated by the operation of distribution transformers can adversely affect residential environments.This study focuses on the S20-M-400/10-NX2 low-noise environmentally friendly distribution transformer, systematically analyzing the mechanisms of distribution transformer noise generation. Key factors include magnetostriction effects in the iron core, magnetic field distortions at silicon steel lamination joints, and structural resonances. A three-tier control strategy is proposed, integrating “source noise reduction + propagation path blocking + terminal absorption”. Prototype testing demonstrates a measured sound power level LWA,SN of 37 dB(A), providing valuable references for the engineering design of low-noise distribution transformers.
