一種新型小型化開關(guān)柜設(shè)計(jì)研究

    摘 要:為適應(yīng)開關(guān)柜產(chǎn)品向小型化和緊湊型方向發(fā)展,開發(fā)出了一種新型小型化開關(guān)柜。該開關(guān)柜以 12 kV/1250 A 空氣絕緣開關(guān)柜作為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)電纜室、母線室、斷路器室、儀表室、活門機(jī)構(gòu)、主母排等主要功能單元及內(nèi)部核心零部件進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,通過(guò)摸底試驗(yàn),解決了其中的小型化技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方案及絕緣、溫升、動(dòng)穩(wěn)等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。采用該方案開發(fā)的柜寬 600 mm 的產(chǎn)品樣機(jī),一次性通過(guò)了全套型式試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、絕緣性好、溫升可靠穩(wěn)定、擴(kuò)展方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)性好等特點(diǎn)。

Design and Research of a New Miniaturization Switchgear

    Abstract: In order to adapt to the development of switchgear products in the direction of miniaturization and compactness, a new type of miniaturization switchgear has been developed. The switchgear cabinet takes 12 kV/1 250 A air-insulated switchgear cabinet as the research object, and according to the relevant standards, it carries out innovative design and optimization of the main functional units and internal core parts, such as the cable room, busbar room, circuit breaker room, instrumentation room, flap mechanism, main busbar and so on, and solves the miniaturized technical design scheme and the key problems of insulation, temperature rise, dynamic stability and so on by means of the mapping test. The 600 mm wide prototype developed with this solution has passed a full set of type test verification, featuring compact structure,good insulation, reliable and stable temperature rise, convenient expansion and good economy.
