A級(jí)電纜燃燒性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要：研究市場(chǎng)上典型礦物絕緣電纜是否都是不燃電纜，即其燃燒性能是否達(dá)到 A 級(jí)具有重要意義。總結(jié)了目前各類建筑規(guī)范對(duì) A 級(jí)電纜在工程領(lǐng)域的使用規(guī)定，分析了 A 級(jí)電纜與 A 類電纜的區(qū)別。選取市場(chǎng)上典型礦物絕緣電纜BTTZ、BTTQ、BTTYZ、BTTYQ、BTTVZ、BTTVQ、RTTZ、RTTYZ、RTTVZ、YTTW、YTTWV、YTTWY、NG-A(BTLY)、BTGY 和 BBTRZ 等作為研究對(duì)象，按 GB 31247—2014 進(jìn)行 A 級(jí)不燃性試驗(yàn)研究以及針對(duì) A 級(jí)電纜的工程應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析。分析結(jié)果表明：BTTZ 和 BTTQ 型礦物絕緣電纜可達(dá)到 A 級(jí)；部分 RTTZ 和YTTW 型柔性礦物絕緣電纜可達(dá)到 A 級(jí)；A 級(jí)電纜取決于電纜結(jié)構(gòu)中非金屬材料的熱值，與電纜規(guī)格和電壓等級(jí)無關(guān)；針對(duì)規(guī)范中要求敷設(shè) A 級(jí)不燃電纜時(shí)，在生產(chǎn)和安裝過程中其端部應(yīng)做好密封。

Experimental Study on Combustion Performance of Class A Cables

Abstract: It is important to study whether the typical mineral insulated cables in the market are non-combustible cables, that is, whether their combustion performance can reach class A. This paper summarizes the current provisions of various building codes for the use of class A cables in the engineering field and analyze the differences between class A cables and category A cables. Selecting the typical mineral insulated cables BTTZ, BTTQ, BTTYZ, BTTYQ, BTTVZ, BTTVQ, RTTZ, RTTYZ, RTTVZ, YTTW, YTTWV, YTTWY, NG-A(BTLY), BTGY and BBTRZ in the market as the research objects. Then, analyzing the engineering application of class A cable according to GB 31247—2014 class A non-combustible test research. The results show that: BTTZ and BTTQ mineral insulated cables can reach class A; part of RTTZ and YTTW flexible mineral insulated cables can reach class A; class A cables are dependent on the heat value of combustion of non-metallic materials in the structure of the cables, which is unrelated to the cable specifications and voltage level. For the code requirements for laying class A non-combustible cables,their ends should be well sealed at its end in the process of production and installation.
