    摘 要:分布式電源(DG)的大規(guī)模接入給中壓配電網(wǎng)的保護及自愈等帶來了嚴重的挑戰(zhàn),而解決這一問題首先需要判斷分布式電源在有源配電網(wǎng)中的具體接入位置及容量?;诨鶢柣舴螂娏鞫桑U述了中壓有源配電網(wǎng)中開關(guān)柜電流與中壓分布式光伏及配變的電流關(guān)系,針對目前一些地區(qū)存在的配網(wǎng)開關(guān)柜未投入電壓采集功能,從而無法對潮流方向進行遙測的問題,建立了有源配電網(wǎng)拓撲識別的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并提出改進的牛頓迭代法對該拓撲識別模型進行求解,實現(xiàn)了光伏與開閉所饋供開關(guān)之間關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的判別。通過算例仿真驗證了所提模型和算法的有效性。

Topology Identification of Medium Voltage Active Distribution
Network Based on Limited Telemetry Data

    Abstract: The large-scale access of distributed generation (DG) has brought serious challenges to the protection and self-healing of medium-voltage distribution networks. To solve this problem, it is first necessary to determine the specific access location and capacity of distributed generation in active distribution networks. Based on Kirchhoff’s current law, this paper firstly introduces the current relation between switchgear current and medium-voltage distributed photovoltaics and distribution transformers in medium-voltage active distribution network. Aiming at the function of voltage acquisition is not put into the distribution switchgear in some areas at present, which it is not possible to telemetry the direction of the current, established a mathematical model of topology identification of active distribution network and proposed an improved Newton’s iteration method to solve the topology recognition model. Then, the identification of the correlation relationship between photovoltaics, and the on-off feed switch is realized, and the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by simulation examples.
